Policies

PLEASE contact me with ETA or update approx 15-20 minutes from arrival. This allows me time to secure any animals and open/close gates/doors as needed.
Hours-

Closed daily between noon until 2 PM.
Tours are scheduled by request only.
Drop off/Pick up hours 8AM-6PM

Rates-

Daycare 8AM-6PM $20/day per dog
Extended hours / weekend day care / day boarding $40/day per dog
Overnight boarding $40/night per dog

Reservations- reservations can be made up to 24 hours in advance, thru paw partner app or via text/email to me. Reservations will not be approved without the appropriate deposit paid in full.
Deposits- deposits are required for all stays, paid upon reservation request (via zelle or venmo)- deposits are non-refundable in the event of a cancellation. Deposits are applied to the invoice total.

Stays < 7 day stays require a 1 day deposit, 48 hour cancellation.
8+ day stays require 50% of total invoice

Payments- payments accepted are cash, venmo, zelle, cash app. Unfortunately, I am unable to accept credit card payments at this time, this is an option I look forward to adding.
Cancellations- I request that at least 48 hours notice be given if you are unable to board your pet. Deposits are not refundable.
Holiday- All reservations including holiday stays require 50% of total invoice paid upon reservations.
Vaccines - All vaccines are required to be updated, with proof provided 2 days prior to boarding reservation. All dogs and puppies older than 4 months of age must receive the following vaccines within last 12 months-

Rabies
Bordetella
DAPP/DHPP or DHLPP

*It is recommended that vaccinations be given 48 hours to 2 weeks prior to visit

Flea & Tick - All dogs must be flea and tick free upon arrival, if dogs are found to have fleas and/or ticks upon arrival dog(s) will be bathed, treated, and medicated at owners expense for cost and services(bath, brush, comb, etc.). It is impossible to guarantee that a flea and/or tick will not come into contact with your pet, I highly recommend that all pets be on flea and tick monthly preventative. Dog yards are treated with dog safe pesticides.
Food - All food, high value treats, supplements, medications are to be provided by the owner. Raw food storage is available, each meal must be prepped in individual servings by the owner. If food is not provided by the owner, the dog may be given house food for an additional $5 per dog per day. **probiotics, food toppers, treats, ect are available for purchase. Food and water bowls are cleaned and sanitized daily, only used for 1 dog each.
Feeding- All dogs will be fed separately from any other dogs, including those sharing a kennel. Written feeding instructions should be provided for each pet, or food should be individually packed and labeled. High value treats, chews, dentals chews allowed and given per instructions. High value treats and such may remain in kennel during stay with the exception of overnight/unsupervised hours. ** treats, pupcups, daily snack or chew packs are available for purchase.
Medication- There will not be an additional charge for medication administration. Written instructions to be given by the owner and must include the following: when to be given, how much to be given, why medication is being given/purpose.
Cleaning- All cleaning supplies are used according to manufacturer instructions, pet safe, and stored out of reach of all animals. Each Kennel is deep cleaned after each dog departure, this includes scrubbing and disinfecting walls, floors, beds, and bedding. Each day, usually during the first bathroom break of the morning, kennels are “reset” including providing fresh water, sweep/vac/mop, bed made, doggie door raised, toys/chews returned for daytime.

Kennels- Each kennel is approx 5ft x 6ft in size, with concrete wall dividers and 6ft tall gates. Gates are secured by latches anchored into the concrete. Each Kennel has outdoor access with a doggie door to a shaded outdoor run approx 5ftx 12ft. With no climb fencing, and riverrock ground cover in runs.
